Singer-songwriter Luke May is an artist based in the vibrant city of Brighton, UK. Previously from the depths of Oxfordshire and having traveled the world, Luke May writes music inspired by real life experiences; with meaningful lyrics and punchy riffs.
After supporting notable artists such as The 1975 and Eliot Sumner in Oxfordshire, Jake Bugg in Nottingham and DON BROCO in Glasgow, Luke May has honed his songwriting through elements of live performance and working alongside other music industry professionals to bring new music to the table in 2021.
Luke May has naturally progressed from the stage to studio; building knowledge of music production, engineering as well as co-founding South Lanes Studios in Brighton. Luke May has dedicated his time investing in new projects, local unsigned artists as well as producing his own new music, with influences from the likes of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Taking Back Sunday.
